Resonance is a commissioned art piece for the open-air expo VenloVerlicht. During the day, part of the work is visible, but at night, when light shines through the semi-transparent textile layer, her complete composition is revealed. On show 7 September 2024 – 21 February 2025, at a beautiful location across from the Kasteel Tuinen, castle entrance in Arcen, The Netherlands.

The theme “enlightened” not only played a role in the construction of the artwork but also in the choice of the shapes for the line composition. An enlightened mind opens up and wanders as a curious spirit to make connections and entangle with the environment. This openness of resonating with your environment forms the basis for the free shapes in the line work. The piece invites the viewer to let their use their imagination. What do you see in the lines?
